On February 18, 2021, we hosted our first-ever General Membership Meeting (GMM)! This event was open to all registered, dues-paying graduate researchers and due to COVID-19 was held via Zoom. At this meeting, we:

• Discussed the biggest wins of our first contract, including major rights and benefits
• Went over the results of the union survey we released ahead of the meeting
• Provided updates on our resolved and ongoing conflicts with Management
• Introduced our proposed anti-racism and hardship funds
• Illustrated how dues work and where we are allocating them
• Highlighted the Research Training Conditions Task Force (RTCTF) and their work
• Elected our GRU delegates for the AFSCME Oregon Convention 2021
