The Rules:

1 - You can come and go quietly at any time.

2 - You cannot speak while the Management team is in the room but are encouraged to speak during breaks called 'caucuses.'

3 - After you leave bargaining you can discuss what happened but do not attribute specific quotes to specifc people by name.
